Special APC Policy for IJETZ Volume 5, Issue 3 (October 2026)
The International Journal of Education and Teaching Zone (IJETZ) remains firmly committed to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing while expanding opportunities for researchers worldwide to disseminate high-quality scientific work. In response to the current economic challenges affecting researchers in Indonesia and across the global academic community, the Editorial Board has approved a special Article Processing Charge (APC) policy for manuscripts accepted for publication in Volume 5, Issue 3 (October 2026).
Under this special policy, the APC for international authors has been reduced from USD 300 to USD 200, while the APC for Indonesian authors has been reduced from IDR 3,000,000 to IDR 2,000,000. This initiative is intended to enhance accessibility to international scholarly publishing, encourage global research collaboration, and support the dissemination of innovative and impactful research without compromising publication quality.
Recognizing that some researchers may face exceptional financial difficulties, IJETZ also provides a limited APC Waiver or APC Reduction Program. Authors who genuinely lack the financial resources to cover the publication fee may submit a waiver request before submitting their manuscript. Each request must include a clear justification and relevant supporting evidence and will be evaluated individually by the Editorial Board based on the journal's waiver policy and available funding. Requests submitted after the manuscript has entered the editorial or peer-review process will not be considered.
This special APC policy applies only to manuscripts accepted for publication in IJETZ Volume 5, Issue 3 (October 2026). The policy does not influence the editorial evaluation or publication decision. Every manuscript will continue to undergo rigorous editorial screening, plagiarism assessment, and an independent double-blind peer-review process. Publication decisions are based solely on scientific merit, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and the manuscript's contribution to the advancement of knowledge.
The Editorial Board sincerely thanks our authors, reviewers, editors, and academic partners for their continued trust and support. We warmly invite researchers from around the world to submit their highest-quality research and contribute to the advancement of education and scientific knowledge through IJETZ.
