Information about Changes to the Journal's Article Processing Charge (APC) starting June 2025 edition
Dear Author's IJETZ Jornal
In order to maintain transparency in the entire process at the International Journal of Education and Teaching Zone (IJETZ), and also to provide assistance for researchers to publish their journals in the IJETZ journal, we hereby inform all authors and readers of the IJETZ journal that the publication costs for the IJETZ journal have changed starting in Volume 4 Issue 2 (June 2025 Edition), using several financing categories.
For the general category, namely manuscripts written by authors (Researchers, Lecturers, Teachers, Students, etc.) outside the established categories, a publication fee of USD 181.16 (~IDR.Rp 3,000,000) will be charged.
For manuscripts written by authors affiliated with institutions in Indonesia and collaborating with foreign institutions, authors who are completing Doctoral Programs (S3) and Masters Programs (S2), with the note that they include the names of all their promoters as authors, a publication fee of 120.77 USD (~IDR 2,000,000) will be charged.
However, for articles authored by contributors from institutions outside of Indonesia, all publication processes, including proofreading, are completely free of charge 0 USD (~IDR 0), with the note that the author has published his/her articles in reputable journals such as indexed by Scopus or WoS. If not, the author will be categorized in the general category.
For articles that are accepted and the author really does not have payment funds, we at the journal will waive (free) all payments for publishing articles in this journal in the amount of USD 0 (~IDR 0). The liberation of part or all of the author's fees can be decided by the chief editor if there is a lack of funds, the submitted manuscript is too long, or other strong reasons given by the author at the time the article has been declared accepted. Authors should contact the editor-in-chief if they are unable to pay the publication fee so that they are deemed eligible for a partial publication fee waiver. We hope that lack of funds does not prevent the publication of good and best works. We hold the principle that the best journals must be obtained and distributed to various parts of the world, especially to zones of improving the quality of education and teaching now and in the future.
All information regarding the change process, whether APC or other things related to the IJETZ journal, will only be provided on this journal's website with a link (https://jurnal.yayasannurulyakin.sch.id/index.php/ijetz),
Warmd Regards
