Manuscript Template
To support authors in preparing and submitting their manuscripts, the International Journal of Education and Teaching Zone (IJETZ) provides three versions of its manuscript template, reflecting the journal’s formatting developments and editorial improvements over time. The first template was used during 2022–2025, followed by the updated Manuscript Template (Starting 2026), and subsequently the Revised Manuscript Template (Starting Edition October 2026). Authors are encouraged to select the appropriate template according to their submission period and follow the latest author guidelines. Each template is available in Microsoft Word (.docx) format and can be downloaded directly using the corresponding download link below.
1. Revised Manuscript Template (Starting Edition October 2026)
Effective from Volume 5, Issue 3 (October 2026), IJETZ introduced a further revision of its manuscript template to strengthen editorial standards, research transparency, publication ethics, and accountability. This version retains the academic and formatting requirements of the previous template while incorporating six additional declarations: Author Contributions, Funding, Conflict of Interest, Data Availability Statement, Ethical Approval and Informed Consent, and Declaration of Generative AI and AI-Assisted Technologies. These declarations have been implemented across all articles published in Volume 5, Issue 3 and will become mandatory for subsequent submissions under the journal’s 2027 guidelines. The revised template also specifies a structured manuscript format, an abstract of 150–250 words, 3–5 keywords, at least 50 references, and a manuscript length of 12–20 pages. These additions clarify expectations concerning authorship responsibilities, research funding, competing interests, data accessibility, ethical compliance, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence. Overall, this revision reinforces IJETZ’s commitment to research integrity, editorial transparency, academic accountability, and internationally recognized publishing standards.

2. Revised Manuscript Template (Starting 2026)
Introduced in 2026, this updated manuscript template marks an important stage in the editorial development of the International Journal of Education and Teaching Zone (IJETZ). Its revision reflects adjustments based on previous accreditation assessments and international indexing evaluations, with the aim of strengthening manuscript quality and aligning publication practices with national and international standards. Key updates include a standardized manuscript structure, the adoption of APA 7th Edition referencing style, the use of reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote, a minimum of 50 references, ORCID identification for all authors, and a manuscript length of 12–20 pages. The revised format also emphasizes clearer presentation of research objectives, methodological procedures, findings, research novelty, and scholarly contributions. These improvements reinforce IJETZ's commitment to editorial excellence, academic rigor, publication consistency, and continuous enhancement of its scholarly publishing standards.

3. Manuscript Template (2022-2025)
This template represents the original manuscript format adopted by the International Journal of Education and Teaching Zone (IJETZ) during its formative years, from its establishment in 2022 through 2025. It served as the journal’s foundational editorial guideline, providing authors with a structured and consistent framework for preparing and submitting scholarly manuscripts. The template established the essential components of academic research articles, including the title, author details and institutional affiliations, abstract, keywords, introduction, literature review, research methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgments, and references. Beyond offering formatting guidance, this initial template laid the groundwork for IJETZ’s editorial identity, publication consistency, and academic writing standards. It also reflects the journal’s commitment to academic rigor, clarity of presentation, and a reliable framework for scholarly communication. By establishing expectations for manuscript preparation, the template supported authors and editors in maintaining consistency throughout the submission and publication process. Overall, it represents an important milestone in IJETZ’s development, documenting the journal’s publishing practices and providing a foundation for improvements in editorial management, scholarly quality, and manuscript preparation guidelines.

Please ensure that you use the appropriate manuscript template corresponding to your submission period. Authors are strongly encouraged to follow the latest revised template, particularly the Revised Manuscript Template (Starting Edition October 2026), to ensure consistency with IJETZ formatting requirements and updated editorial policies. Submissions that do not comply with the journal's author guidelines and manuscript formatting requirements may be returned for revision before entering the peer-review process. For further information or clarification, please contact the IJETZ Editorial Office through the journal's official communication channels.
The International Journal of Education and Teaching Zone (IJETZ) maintains its previous manuscript template versions as part of the journal's historical documentation and editorial development. These templates reflect the evolution of the journal's formatting requirements and publication standards over time. All three versions remain accessible for reference purposes. However, authors are strongly encouraged to use the latest manuscript template, introduced for (Manuscript Edition October 2026), when preparing and submitting their manuscripts to ensure compliance with the journal's current editorial and formatting guidelines.
